About Me
My personal journey has taught me that how we present ourselves on the outside is not always the reflection of the life experiences, thoughts, feelings, and emotions that we carry with us on the inside.
I am a qualified member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), working with adults who present with a wide variety of issues, including abuse, anxiety, depression, loss and bereavement, low self-esteem, race and identity, relationship issues, stress, and trauma both in my private practice and at a busy GP’s surgery in Chandlers Ford. I also work with young adults over 18, particularly those with anxiety and depression in my work on the Therapy and Mental Health team at Solent University.
My approach is one of gentle compassion, allowing you the time and space to process your individual story. While my sessions are informed by my professional qualification in Transactional Analysis, the pace is very much led by you. I use a blend of therapeutic interventions, which may include working with cards, creative inner child work, somatic therapy, or parts work, all tailored to support your individual needs.
Allowing yourself the patience to attend your needs, whether current or rooted in childhood, can help bring unconscious patterns into your awareness, creating space to nurture and heal.
