About Counselling
Counselling is a talking therapy that offers ways to explore issues or concerns you may have, especially if you feel stuck or simply overwhelmed by the challenges you are facing. Making the brave decision to stop and express what you are feeling in a neutral environment can also be the hardest.
It takes strength and courage to admit that you are struggling, and this level of vulnerability can feel especially difficult if it is unfamiliar. Being kind to yourself, restoring balance, and nurturing your emotional wellbeing may be one of the most important decisions you can make.
I endeavour to support you by providing a calm, welcoming and non-judgemental space where you can safely and confidentially unpick your experiences, so you don’t have to feel alone with your problems whilst exploring your thoughts and feelings. I will support you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, helping to empower you to grow towards making positive changes in your life.
