About Counselling

My personal journey has taught me that how we present ourselves on the outside is not always the reflection of the life experiences, thoughts, feelings, and emotions that we carry with us on the inside.

Counselling is a talking therapy that offers ways to explore issues or concerns you may have, especially if you feel stuck or overwhelmed by the challenges you are facing. Making the brave decision to stop and express what you are feeling in a neutral environment can also be the most challenging.

It takes strength and courage to admit that you are struggling and taking time to be kind to yourself, restore the balance and enhance your emotional wellbeing may be the best decision you can make.

This is where I can help. I provide a calm, welcoming and non-judgemental space to explore your experiences safely and confidentially so you don’t have to feel alone with your problems. My role is to support you, and most importantly, ensuring that you feel heard. I will support you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, helping empower you to grow towards making positive changes in your life.
